Sharlene Hamrick

Sharlene Hamrick serves as a System Consultant and Controller for Corporate Results, Inc., bringing more than 30 years of experience supporting government contractors through accounting systems consulting, financial operations, compliance, and client services. Her expertise includes consulting, program management, ERP implementations, end-user training, front- and back-office support, and customer relationship management.

Sharlene is highly experienced with Deltek Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense, holding both a Costpoint Master Certification and a Deltek Pro Bookkeeper certification. She is well versed across most Costpoint functional areas and specializes in helping organizations optimize system utilization, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen compliance processes.

Prior to joining CRI, Sharlene held key finance and consulting roles supporting major government contractors and professional services organizations including SAIC, Rolls-Royce, Leidos, Ernst & Young, and KPMG. Her background includes extensive client-facing consulting experience focused on building strong customer relationships, process improvement, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory services.

Her Costpoint expertise spans the full accounting lifecycle, including General Ledger management, monthly financial close, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, project setup, billing, labor, payroll, and HR-related processes. She also brings experience in purchasing, subcontractor management, and operational administration.

Throughout her career, Sharlene has led and supported a wide range of audits and compliance initiatives, including GSA audits, payroll tax audits, sales tax reviews, annual financial statement audits, and DCAA/DCMA inquiries. She is passionate about helping clients identify practical, system-driven solutions that improve automation, streamline workflows, and maximize the value of existing resources and technologies.
